John R. Bailey - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bailey serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Bailey has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance working with both public and private companies. Mr. Bailey served as a senior investment banker with regional and national investment banking firms completing over 100 transactions for emerging growth companies. Mr. Bailey received his Bachelor of Administration and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
