Matthew C. Clark - Director of Software Development

Mr. Clark joined CareView in October 2008 as the Director of Software Development. Prior to CareView Mr. Clark helped build Voyence, a network configuration management software startup, which was acquired in 2007 by EMC's Resource Management Software Group. Mr. Clark served in various capacities within the engineering organizations of Voyence and EMC during his eight year tenure, and was responsible for bringing several new product concepts to market. Mr. Clark also worked as a consultant for Dallas based consulting firm, EnForm Technology.

Mr. Clark brings experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, and in delivering enterprise-class software products to Fortune 500 customers.

Matt received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, where he majored in Management Information Systems and Accounting.
