CareView Communications Builds Momentum with New Business Agreements and Expands Its Impact Across the VA

CareView Communications is building on its commitment to improving patient safety and supporting healthcare teams, announcing several new business agreements over the past 30 days. With new partnerships spanning hospital systems and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), these agreements reflect continued demand for virtual patient monitoring technology and CareView’s growing opportunity to support safer, more efficient care.

Expanding CareView’s Presence Across the VA

A significant highlight of CareView’s recent growth is its expanding relationship with the VA, where patient safety, workforce efficiency, and quality care remain essential priorities.

On October 13, CareView announced a new business agreement with Decisive Point Consulting Group (DPCG) to bring its virtual patient monitoring technology to the Fresno VA Medical Center, part of the VA Central California Health Care System. The agreement includes CareView mobile controllers that will support remote patient observation and provide clinical teams with additional resources for monitoring Veterans who require increased observation.

Just one week later, CareView announced another important milestone with the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center, part of the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. This agreement includes portable and fixed CareView devices, along with mobile controllers, expanding the facility’s virtual monitoring capabilities through a transition from its existing system to CareView technology.

Together, these agreements demonstrate continued momentum in CareView’s work with the VA and reinforce the importance of scalable technology that can support diverse clinical environments.

Through its partnership with DPCG, CareView continues to expand access to its Patient Safety System, which combines real-time video, two-way audio communication, and monitoring capabilities to help care teams identify potentially unsafe patient activity and respond when intervention is needed. These tools can support fall-prevention efforts, complement traditional observation practices, and help clinicians better manage competing demands on their time.

CareView has supported VA healthcare facilities since 2016, with its technology serving Veterans across multiple facilities and care settings, including Community Living Centers (CLCs). The company’s continued expansion reflects a long-term commitment to helping VA healthcare teams strengthen patient safety while making more effective use of available resources.

Building Momentum Across the Broader Healthcare Market

CareView’s recent growth also extends beyond the VA. On October 8, the company announced a new contract with Care New England, a nonprofit health network serving southeastern New England. The agreement includes 12 mobile devices at Kent Hospital, replacing the hospital’s existing system and creating an opportunity for future expansion across the health network.

On October 21, CareView announced a new business agreement with San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico, further extending its reach into new healthcare markets.

These partnerships demonstrate how CareView’s technology can support organizations with different operational needs while maintaining a shared focus on patient safety, clinical support, and efficient care delivery.

Turning Growth Into Meaningful Impact

New business agreements represent more than geographic expansion. They create opportunities to bring virtual observation and patient safety technology to additional care teams and patients who may benefit from enhanced monitoring.

As CareView continues to expand across the VA and the broader healthcare market, its focus remains on delivering practical solutions that complement clinical expertise, support nursing teams, and help organizations pursue measurable improvements in patient safety and operational performance.

With recent agreements spanning multiple healthcare markets and two additional VA facilities, CareView is entering its next phase of growth with a clear priority: expanding access to technology that helps healthcare teams deliver safer, more responsive care to the patients and Veterans they serve.
