Scheduling a Demo

You are ready to schedule a demo and fill out the simple, quick online form. You may be wondering, “What’s next?” Within 24 hours, an Account Executive from the CareView Sales Team will connect with you via your preferred contact method to schedule a discovery call. This will be an opportunity to share where your system is in its virtual health journey, ask any questions you may have about CareView, and outline your unique use case.

The Discovery Call

Our team will work with you to identify a convenient time for a discovery call. During the discovery call, the team will work with you to identify your objectives, goals, challenges, and pain points, as well as your current technology infrastructure and any integrations you may need. Additionally, the team will outline our process, including an explanation of timelines, identifying key stakeholders within the project, and discussing how CareView is with you each step of the way to ensure your success.

Next Steps

Based on the level of alignment between your system and CareView from the discovery call, the Account Executive will work with you to identify a time to view a tailored demonstration of the CareView system and its capabilities. During the demo, our team will be sure to highlight capabilities that impact your use case and can best meet your objectives. If you currently have a solution in place, we will highlight the performance and financial advantages other systems are experiencing by switching; CareView can provide relevant outcomes from other systems we work with that have similar use cases to yours. We understand how difficult juggling everyone’s schedules can be, and our team will help you identify key stakeholders and ensure the appropriate attendees are included.

 

Upon completing the demonstration, we will work with you to outline a communication plan to answer any questions that come up, schedule check-ins, and determine the best path forward.
